Kelly, a phenomenal dancer and Emcee, joined the NorthernLights team in 2014. Previously, she showcased her event talent at Walt Disney and excelled as a professional lacrosse dancer. With her outgoing and polished personality, Kelly effortlessly keeps our clients at ease, whether they are planning a mitzvah, wedding, special occasion, or corporate event. Her high energy perfectly aligns with her passion for dancing, whether at an event, in a studio, or even in her kitchen. When not working, Kelly enjoys quality time with her two beautiful sons and pursues her role as a personal trainer. Notably, she proudly participated in the 2022 Boston Marathon!

Before joining the NorthernLights team, Maverik served as a prime-time radio personality for JAM’N 94.5 in Boston, where he played a pivotal role in securing the station's top spot for hip-hop and R&B. His contagious and energetic personality not only earned him a notable presence in popular nightclubs and concerts but also positioned him as an expert in getting audiences up on the dance floor. Beyond his emceeing skills, Maverik is a renowned singer and songwriter, having recorded remixes for industry giants like Ne-Yo, TI, Beyonce, and Outcast. Currently working on his first self-produced album in his free time, Maverik's confidence with a microphone, music knowledge, and intuition with his audience makes him the ideal Emcee to elevate your event to the max. When not immersed in the music scene, Maverik enjoys traveling to Hawaii and Jamaica.

There are few people who have the indefinable “it” factor and Scott “Scotty B” Bernadeau is one of them. Since his early years, Scotty B has been performing in music and theater. He has hosted a variety of events and fundraisers, and has appeared in television commercials. Scotty B also starred in his own stand-up comedy shows in New York, and was also a regular contestant on “Deal or No Deal.” A natural with a microphone and the spotlight, Scotty B has become one of Northern Light’s most sought-after Emcees. His warm and charismatic demeanor, combined with his immense energy, creativity and contagious smile, make him an incredible party personality. A career master of ceremonies, Scotty B knows how to engage crowds of all ages, and how to effectively manage an event from beginning to end. Scotty B is also the father of two energetic boys!

Germaine has been with Northern Lights for over 10 years. When he was 16 years old, Germaine was already learning to spin turn tables and perfecting hitting the right note. Shortly before joining the Northern Lights team, Germaine starred as the “The Cookie Monster” on Sesame Street.

A seasoned Emcee, Germaine has what it takes to bring your party to the next level. He is a marvelous, high-energy entertainer with a dash of Jamaican flair.

When Germaine isn’t entertaining, he is either playing soccer with his life-long teammates or scoring points on the volleyball court. His active lifestyle keeps him in shape and gives him the endurance so the party can go on for hours.

Cameron’s ability to engage the crowd with high energy is truly unparalleled. With 5+ years of experience at Northern Lights Entertainment, Cameron is one of our fastest growing entertainers. You will find him behind the microphone facilitating the perfect event, or in the center of the dance floor. His hip hop dance background captivates the crowd with his tantalizing moves. His passion for creating amazing parties is only second to the passion he has for his wife and 3 daughters. When Cameron isn’t entertaining, he is at the gym getting gains, with an impressive deadlift of 450 lbs. His extraordinary strength and coordination shines through when he is in our 8ft LED Robot Suit! With dad jokes and killer dance moves in hand, Cameron is sure to bring your party to life!

Melisa Valdez is a Host, Actor and Movement Coach. An authentic space maker and proud Afro Latina, Mellisa brings excitement, joy, culture and magnetic energy into any room she enters. She is the in-arena host for the Boston Celtics and has worked hosting other major events for brands such as Redbull and more.

Melisa has a pro-dancing background and has traveled the world on tour performing with various artists. She is a Co-founder of TRILLFIT®, an award winning boutique fitness brand whose mission is to bring more diversity and inclusion into the wellness industry.

Star of Stage & Screen, Dave Heard has toured internationally with Broadway’s Hairspray, Dreamgirls, and others before turning his attention to film and television. He is also a co-star in the upcoming Whitney Houston biopic, “I Wanna Dance With Somebody”.

A Boston native, Dave has also appeared in local performances at The Huntington Theatre, Speakeasy Stages, and The Greater Boston Stage Company. A graduate of Fordham University, Dave also studied at the Alvin Ailey School of Dance in New York City. Actor, singer, and back-up dancer in a T-Pain video, Dave has spent a lifetime cultivating his talent to be everything your family needs in an Emcee. With 15+ years of experience working at Northern Lights Entertainment, Dave knows has the skills, talent and knowledge to bring a party to its highest level. Dave will lead your guests to the dance floor and while captivating your guests with infectiously good energy.

Dave is also the founder of Dance Dance Revelation, a Northern Lights-owned live music band. When he isn’t entertaining, Dave loves to spend time with his little girl, writing his first book about being a single father, and is excited to be joining the Miss Boston Organization.
