OUR COVID-19 Booking  POLICY…

Life’s most important moments are among the events most affected by COVID and the ever changing CDC rules.

Northern Lights Entertainment continually strives to provide you with expertise and creative solutions to help you plan your wedding, Mitzvah or corporate event during these uncertain times. 

After much thought, we realized that there is no one-size-fits-all solution for our COVID policy, just as there is no one-size-fits-all solution for your event.

Below are the options we feel will be most helpful to you when booking your event with Northern Lights Entertainment.

COVID Booking Policy and Refunds

A deposit and signed agreement is required to secure your date. Once the agreement is signed, the NLE team immediately begins strategizing and planning, securing outside vendors, coordinating with event planners, and more, so we can provide you with the perfect entertainment package.  

* Deposit may be used toward a future event. See options below. 

Postpone your Event 

Should you decide to postpone* your event due to Covid, 50% of your deposit will be transferred and applied to a new date one (1) year from the original date of your event.

*Postponements must be for the original event date and entertainment package, and for the same household. The new date must be within (1) year of the original event date and is dependent upon availability.

Cancel your Event

Because the NLE team gets to work planning your event immediately after we receive your deposit and a signed agreement, your deposit is non-refundable should you need to cancel your event.
