In 1996, Doug Moleux launched Northern Lights Entertainment from his parents' Newton basement with only leftover carpeting, a desk, a lava lamp, and a jerry-rigged phone line. To evolve that into a top Boston entertainment company, Doug has always personally selected his emcees, dancers, and lighting services to ensure extraordinary client experiences.

Doug's communication style and honed experience define Northern Lights' success. His talent and trend-forecasting insight make him an entertainment industry innovator. Fusion (a popular live and recorded music blend) and Dance Dance Revelation (the original Northern Lights Band) are prime examples that showcase his commitment to creating diverse music options for clients.
A UMass Amherst School of Business graduate and Temple Beth Elohim member, Doug also enjoys boating, skiing, and tennis with his wife Tania and two sons, Fantasy Football, gardening, non-fiction reading, and attending Celtics and Patriots games.
