Boston-born Daniel “Swift” Washington has spent his life exploring art and expression. He grew up battling and performing all over the city—and beyond. In college, he made a major shift to theater and musical theater, ultimately leading to his current film and TV career. Add his experience as a motivational speaker with SAG-AFTRA, and you have one fantastic host!
Danny joined Northern Lights in 2016 as a dancer, and even then, he was in high demand. From the beginning, he has embodied the spirit and expertise of an incredible emcee!
On or off screen, Danny does nothing less than uplift and amaze. You can catch him in streaming films like The Sleepover on Netflix or big-screen hits like I Wanna Dance With Somebody.
Outside of work, Danny loves spending time with family and friends. He enjoys writing music, roller skating, making dance videos on IG, focusing on nutrition and fitness, and anything that furthers his greatest goal in life—creating a happy, healthy family!
